CodeReviewr provides automated code review services powered by artificial intelligence for GitHub pull requests. The Service analyzes your code and provides feedback, suggestions, and identifies potential issues.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid GitHub account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Credit-Based System

CodeReviewr uses a pay-as-you-go credit system:

  • You purchase credits upfront
  • Credits are consumed based on token usage during code reviews
  • Credits do not expire
  • No refunds for unused credits

Token Usage

Token consumption varies based on the size and complexity of code being reviewed. You can monitor your token usage in your account dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limitations or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to process malicious code
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse, harass, or harm our support staff
  • Attempt to overload or interfere with the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain all rights to your source code. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code solely for the purpose of providing code review services.

Our Service

The Service, including all software, features, and content, is owned by CodeReviewr and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Code reviews are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Reviews may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Suggestions should be evaluated before implementation
  • The Service does not replace human code review
  • We are not liable for issues arising from following AI suggestions

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEREVIEWR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by revoking GitHub app access and contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
